STUNNING SEA AND COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS. Mediterranean style villas set into the wooded slopes of Millendreath, a picturesque Cornish Valley. The brick built villas are located along the hillside close to a sandy beach, in a sheltered south facing suntrap valley. A very mild climate through to winter, it is ideal for a base to explore Cornwall, being 8 minutes from A38.
Parking is in the private car park in the valley approx 100 metres away after unloading at foot of villa steps. It has numberplate recognition on entry and a parking pass must be collected.
The villas are reached via steps and once at the top the steps the view is well worth the climb, but for this reason may be unsuitable for the elderly, people with mobility difficulties or young children. Sea View has 63 steps and Sea Salt has 52 less steep ones. Looe is 1 mile along the coast!
Millendreath beach, cafe and bar are dog friendly. Ristricted times in place from May to Nov.
