Located about 75m from Millendreath beach, nestled into the hill, with woodland above; this modern sea side interior brick built villa has stunning sea and countryside views right from the inside or the large elevated terrace to the front. It is so close, the beach and jetty are visible, or watch the navy ships doing manoeuvres coming from Plymouth in the distance. The sun rises out of the sea during the Autumn and Winter months, giving spectacular sunrises.

Beyond the villas charming embrace, the surrounding area is a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be discovered.

This makes it a great base for dog owners, walkers and sea lovers exploring the coast. 

Large elevated and enclosed terrace. Binoculars and bird books are available for identifying the visiting woodland and sea birds. 

Guests can unload their cars in the loading bays below the villa, and then transfer to the valley car park. 30 minutes grace is allowed for each visit. Parking is currently charged onsite @ £20 for a week. ​
