Sea View Villa is a beautiful coastal property with breath taking views of the sea, hillside properties, and rolling hills. It is a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Brick built and cedar clad, the villa is located at the top of a hill, with woodland immediately above and is accessible via 62 steps. (Sea Salt has less and easier steps)

Sadly this means that it is not suitable for everyone, but it also means that it is a very peaceful, elevated property. In a world that often moves too fast, this coastal paradise invites you to slow down, savour the moment and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you. Whether gazing at the endless horizon or curling up with a book, this villa provides the perfect backdrop for rejuvenation and renewal.

Guests can unload their cars in the loading bays below the villa, and then transfer to the valley car park. 30 minutes grace is allowed for each visit.

Reached via 62 steps. Views to the sea and countryside. Fully enclosed. Neighbours terrace is divided by strong stainless steel ships wiring.

Table and 4 chairs, cushions. 2 seasonal high back adjustable chairs . Small BBQ.

Binoculars provided for use during your stay to watch the activities in the sea including navy

and cargo ships on the horizon heading in and out of Plymouth.

Buzzards and deer are sometimes seen on the hillside opposite. Great area for bird watching, both native countryside and sea birds. Please take advantage of the bird books inside the villa for identify your findings.
